MGT-330 Support That Saves: A Guide to Building and Sustaining Peer Support course is a DHS/FEMA-funded, three-day training designed to equip first responders with the tools to build and maintain effective peer support programs.
This interactive course focuses on:
· Identifying risk factors for behavioral and mental health concerns.
· Reducing stigma and encouraging open conversations around mental health.
· Creating peer support networks that provide timely, culturally competent, trauma-informed care.
· Linking peers to additional resources when needed.
