This course is intended to provide an overview of FEMA Cost Estimating Format
By the end of this course, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial Applicants and Recipients will walk away with a clearer understanding of:
- The difference between actual costs for work completed and estimated costs for work to be completed.
- Identify tools used by the applicant agent for organizing documents into cost summary sheets (Labor, Equipment, Materials, and Contracts).
- How the Cost Estimating Format process is structured in FEMA’s Public Assistance Program.
