Public Assistance Costing - Costing Estimates and Cost Estimating Format (CEF Training)

This course is intended to provide an overview of FEMA Cost Estimating Format

By the end of this course, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial Applicants and Recipients will walk away with a clearer understanding of:

  1. The difference between actual costs for work completed and estimated costs for work to be completed.
  2. Identify tools used by the applicant agent for organizing documents into cost summary sheets (Labor, Equipment, Materials, and Contracts).
  3. How the Cost Estimating Format process is structured in FEMA’s Public Assistance Program.
