This course addresses the planning considerations and operational requirements for an effective donations management system at the local level. A special emphasis is put on the importance of collaborative partnerships between local government, voluntary agencies, and community organizations as the key to success in volunteer and donations management.
Local government officials and State and/or local leaders of key voluntary organizations, (i.e., those affiliated with the State VOAD), who have responsibility for planning, coordinating, implementing, and/or operating the donations management function at the State and the local level.
